This bamboo pepper mill is made of carbonized side pressed bamboo. We are very strict in our selection of bamboo. Firstly, the bamboo strips are carbonized in a high-temperature carbonization furnace. After carbonization, the bamboo strips become safer due to high-temperature disinfection and sterilization. Then, workers carefully select each bamboo strip and use formaldehyde free adhesive to produce bamboo boards under high temperature and high pressure.

The bamboo pepper mill also contains metal grinding cores inside. We are not only strict with the selection of bamboo materials, but also very strict with the selection of grinding cores. Our minimum requirement is to pass LFGB. Such strong quality requirements make consumers feel more at ease when using it.

Put pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, parsley, etc. into a grinder and gently rotate it to turn it into powder. Gently sprinkle the powder on top of the food to make it more delicious.

Cleaning of grinders: For Hsinchu grinders or relatively clean bamboo grinders, they can be washed directly with clean water. This method can preserve the natural characteristics of bamboo grinders without introducing any chemicals that may affect their performance. The surface of the bamboo grinder may have some difficult to remove stains or residues, which can be cleaned with a brush or cleaning ball. Especially for those slender and difficult to reach parts, using a brush that can penetrate deeply will be more effective. Bamboo has the characteristic of adsorbing odors, so it is not recommended to use detergent to clean bamboo grinders. The smell of detergent may be affected by bamboo, which in turn affects the subsequent use effect.

Subsequent regular maintenance: Oil can be applied to maintain the luster of bamboo and extend its service life. However, it should be noted not to overuse maintenance oil to prevent oil stains from seeping into food.
